Service terms
Access is provided for the period or token balance purchased. You are responsible for securing your API keys and activity performed with them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, automated attacks, rights violations, or attempts to disrupt infrastructure.
Fair use
Unlimited plans operate under reasonable rate and concurrency controls. Sustained abusive traffic may be limited to protect service quality.
Privacy
Request payloads are processed to provide model responses. We retain only the operational and billing records needed to run the service.
Payments and refunds
Digital access begins when a key is activated. Refund requests are reviewed where the service was unavailable or access was not delivered.
Availability
Models and upstream providers can change. We may substitute or retire models while making reasonable efforts to preserve compatible access.
